Our darkest roast from El Salvador. This organic cup carries a bittersweet undercurrent that yields hints of fruit, spice, and a tart acidity after the coffee cools. Accents of dried prune, cocoa powder, and dried ginger. This roast leads to a creamy-bodied coffee that is going to work wonders in the medium-to-dark roast range for brewing, and also as espresso. A Sidecar favorite as espresso or as a dark pour over.
